Cardiovascular Associates of RI, Inc (CARI) participates with most insurance companies as well as Medicare and Medicaid. Please bring your insurance card, and identification with you on the day of your visit. You will complete a registration form, notice of protected health information and possibly additional forms, depending on your visit.

If you are a returning patient, please inform us of any changes in your personal or insurance information. The staff will ask you for this information at the time of your visit. The lack of correct information may cause payment delays or insurance denials that may ultimately leave you responsible for payment.

Co-payments and balances you may owe are due on the day you receive services. If you have questions regarding your co-payment or deductibles, please contact your insurance company.  Cardiovascular Associates of RI accepts cash, checks and Visa credit card. If you anticipate problems paying your portion of the bill, please inform us and we will discuss with you a payment plan.

Statements for unpaid balances will be mailed to you and payment is due upon receipt.

If you have any questions regarding your statement, please call our billing department at 401-273-2460, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm, and an account representative will assist you.
